The Legacy
The Legacy and Beleaf of the Heart Campaign was started to commemorate the Legacy of Timothy Bennett after his passing in February of 2023.
He was an entrepreneur, family man, engaged community member, and friend to many. Timothy followed a purposeful path and believed enhancing the Black Community through business development, real estate, and partnership would build a better Black America. Taking matters into his own hands, he made a point to support those unacquainted with strategies to climb the social and economic ladder. He knew wealth could be achieved by taking risks and he approached each new challenge with leadership, persistence, and dedication. Building dreams of an empire, he set the foundation of a social and physical inheritance for his family and community.
The Beleaf of the Heart
Drawing from the deep release of praise to discover inner joy and healing, Keisha Janae is Taking her next steps to found and incorporate "Beautiful Beleaf."
Beautiful Beleaf is designed to bridge togetherness for families in the community by creating praise and worship Workshop experiences that embrace the community's spiritual connection in a creative circle of play and art-making. The workshop facilitations provide a valuable outlet for communities to create, share, Care, and play for God, connecting and unifying to heal by giving god a shout of Praise.

Working to build a staple and community in Chicago, just down the road in South Chicago lies the condo Timothy invested his time and effort in. He was renovating it as a space where his network could collaborate and share knowledge around the dinner table. Timothy’s life's work demonstrated a dedication to community connection. He believed in working together and exemplified great pride and leadership for his community. I intend to carry forward his work and legacy by utilizing my talents and efforts for the Community through the mission of Beautiful Beleaf. I want to transform the condo into a space where families can gather and engage in praise and worship experiences.
If you feel led to support our mission, your donations will help fund the continuation and development of his community investment and the start-up cost to establish and incorporate Beautiful Beleaf.
The last words Timothy wrote were, “Find a Way” and “Thank you, Lord!”
Even during his suffering, he was determined to Find his way and give God his praise. He has given me more motivation and reason not to abandon my dreams. His condo and the Praise House will be built.
